FAIRFAX, VA (May 20, 2004) Financial planning web site RicEdelman.com is serving as an associate partner of Sarah Fisher, the only woman to race at the 88th running of the Indianapolis 500 on Sunday, May 30. Fisher is a member of the Kelley Racing team.

RicEdelman.com is the official web site of financial advisor Ric Edelman, author of several best-selling books about personal finance, including, "The Truth About Money" and "Ordinary People, Extraordinary Wealth." Edelman also hosts his own radio and television show; and writes a nationally syndicated newspaper column.

"For anyone wanting to learn how to make more out of their money, or needing help getting their financial house in order, the site is an indispensable resource," says Edelman. "It is one of the most comprehensive sources of information online for anyone interested in tips and strategies for building wealth. We're excited about getting more people in the driver's seat when it comes to dealing with their personal finances."

Edelman is especially pleased to be associated with driver Sarah Fisher. "Sarah is inspirational young, successful, and driven excuse the pun," quips Edelman. "The qualities she possesses of being educated, invigorated and involved are the same qualities young people need to apply to their personal finances." Edelman points out that one of the most valuable assets in building wealth is time. "If more young people became actively involved in their finances at a younger age, they'd stand a lot better chance of being a winner in their own ?financial' race. We're wishing Sarah the best on race day."

For the 23 year old Fisher, this year marks her fifth entry in the Indianapolis 500. She has been voted the IndyCar Series' most popular driver by fans for the last three seasons and is only the third woman to compete in the Indianapolis 500. In 2002, Fisher posted the fastest one and four-lap qualifying speeds by a woman in Indianapolis history. For this year's 88th running for the famed race, she will start 19th.

Tom Kelley, co-owner of Kelley Racing, is pleased to welcome Edelman to the team. "RicEdelman.com is an exciting new partner and we're thrilled that they have stepped up to help provide sponsorship for Sarah at Indianapolis," said Kelley. "We're happy to help drive traffic to the web site, and hope more people will get involved with Ric's message of the importance of financial literacy."
